The inclined belt skimmer is mainly composed of the hydraulic power station, skimmer head (the main unit), hydraulic oil hose, oil pipe, and other parts. The main unit of the skimmer can recover the oil spill by pushing the oil spills into the water and then making it go through the oil collecting channel. One end of the inclined belt is above the water surface while another end is below the water surface. It is driven by the hydraulic motor to push the oil spill under the water, and then the oil spill emerges from the water and then into the oil collecting channel. The hydraulic power pack works under the diesel engine or electrical machine which drives the hydraulic oil pump and conveying oil pump. The main unit is composed of the inclined belt, the oil collecting channel, the frame, the buoy, the hydraulic oil hose, the oil pipe, and other parts. This product is not only suitable for harbors, wharves, gulfs, rivers, lakes, and other semi-enclosed water, but also for open sea, offshore, and other open water
